Breakfast

Our breakfast service includes a daily delivery of fresh bread, accompanied by a selection of sweet and savoury treats, all of which you can choose at your leisure on the first day of your stay. Every morning, you will enjoy waking up to fresh produce prepared to help you start the day in style.

Exclusive dinner with private chef

We work with the talented Chef Leonardo Norcini, owner of Ristorante Falterona. The service offers the option of creating bespoke menus, which can be served either inside the chalet by the open fire or by the pool in summer. The wood-fired oven in the outdoor kitchen provides the perfect setting for a gourmet pizza dinner featuring, with dough that is naturally leavened and prepared by the chef’s skilled hands. Alternatively, we also collaborate with other top-class chefs.

Pet friendly

We are happy to welcome small dogs (up to 10 kg). For our four-legged guests, we provide a welcome kit including a bed and bowls (food not included), ensuring maximum comfort during their stay. The peace and quiet of all our guests is always our priority; therefore, we provide a welcoming environment for pets.

Concierge

Our concierge, Aida, will be on hand to fulfil your requests. Whether you would like the fire lit, the house tidied up, a cup of tea or coffee made, or an aperitif served by the pool or around the fire pit, she will be happy to help. She will pay attention to all your requests, no matter how big or small.

Conditions

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. Payment of this deposit confirms the booking and acceptance of the terms and conditions. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days before arrival.

A security deposit of €500.00 in cash is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure, if no damage has been caused.

Late arrivals or early departures will be charged for the full duration of the booked stay.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs.
